Current Information and Alerts:
CHHF Staff Pay Scale and Fees: Effective September 1, 2008 a revised pay scale was adopted by the Board of Directors. All teams are requested to adhere to the guidelines outlined in the attached Pay Scale. Also current Lodging and Vehicle Fees are attached Clinic Fees for Team Leader informaiton.
Team Facilitator/Guide: Our facilitator and guide in Honduras is David Kelly. David has commitments to his Church in Roatán and is available to lead teams to Limón from Wednesday to Saturday of the following week (a total of 11 days). His schedule must allow for him to return to Roatán on that second Saturday so he can be with his congregation on Sunday. Each Team Leader should arrange team schedules or alternative transportation to allow David this time with his family and congregation.
Clinic in Limón and Icoteas: As medical teams go to the area many teams also provide service in outlying villages. This is very much appreciated by the people of the area. However, the primary mission of CHHF is to serve the people of Limón and Icoteas. CHHF asks that all teams work at the Limón clinic two days and Icoteas clinic one day each week.
Service Teams: Service teams also make use of our facilities to provide valuable and much needed construction, Bible study, or other services to the area. These service teams are always welcome as a part of a medical team. However, please recognize that medical service is the primary focus of CHHF and this should always be a major component for teams using our facilities.
